Green Olive & Walnut Sourdough is a beautifully balanced loaf that combines the buttery richness of Castelvetrano olives with the earthy crunch of chopped organic walnuts. Naturally leavened and slow-fermented for complexity, it features a tender, open crumb infused with savory, nutty depth and a crisp, golden crust. The bright, briny olives and toasted walnuts complement each other perfectly, creating a bread that’s both rustic and refined—delicious on its own, with cheese and wine, or as the centerpiece of a Mediterranean-inspired meal.
